Challenge #2~Make it clear or cut it out!

Okay so this week I challenge you to "make it clear" or "cut it out"!!!

Okay so let me show you what I mean...

Here is the whole spread.

 Here is what I mean by "make it clear" I'm kinda in love with adding elements that are clear. They add such a fun layer and you can still see through. ;) This cutie pie stamp is from Unity it's a stamp set called Tiny Trinity.

 Now "cut it out" anything that can be cut out with a die cut machine or the like. I cut these with my Cricut. I haven't used that thing in forever (shhh) dont tell anyone I'm a bad Cricut owner.

This is just a close up of one of my favorite cards. lol

So that's it!!! MAKE IT CLEAR OR CUT IT OUT!!! ;)

Challenge #1~Let's make some lists and get stitchy!

Hey beautiful crafters! I am so excited for the very first challenge over here at Our Pocket Page Challenge Blog!

Most of us know eachother from the WONDERFUL facebook group called "Project Lifers" if you want to, look us up! We are a group of crafters who share tips tricks ideas and the like for pocket page scrapbooking!

This is a challenge for all of us and so if you would like to guest design and share your inspiration with all of us please email me at thatsmerb at gmail.com. I would love it if we had about 3-5 crafters a week guest designing and sharing their inspiration!

Okay so here we go...

This week our challenge is two fold

1.) Add stitching to your project. That can be either hand stitching, faux stitching or machine stitching. 

2. ) Include a list. I.E. Daily routine, grocery list, 5 people you text the most, the names of your childs stuffed animals, Favorite foods, favorite songs. Any type of list. 

Remember this is our life! It's not always peachies and ice cream sometimes it's messy and frustrating and down right not fun so remember the good and the bad in your spreads. ;)

Okay one last thing... This is to inspire you to get your spreads done for the week so if you only feel like doing one of the two challenge options great, if you dont feel like doing either but you would still like to share your spread great too! However, when we have prizes you will only be eligible if you follow one of the two challenge options. ;)

Jenny from Crazy About Cricut was so kind to guest design this week. Here is her wonderful spread! Isn't this just fabulous!!!

I hand stitched two clear crafters 3x4's and then cut up some super cute paper by Nikki Sivils to make a 10 piece set of 3x4's for one crafter. ;) I hope you beautiful crafters like it.
